Meet the Chef /~/
Chef Joph brings over nine years of professional culinary experience to Copper Fusion Catering Co. As Executive Chef, he leads the culinary program at Tucson Hebrew Academy, a role he has held since the 2024–2025 school year. Previously, he served as Sous Chef at Jordan Pond House in Acadia National Park, where he honed high-volume, seasonal coastal cuisine and managed a kitchen of more than 15 cooks serving up to 2,000 covers per day. His repertoire spans Italian, New American, Traditional American, Lebanese, and vegetarian cuisines, combining technique-driven execution with thoughtful menu development and steady kitchen leadership.
